Import 160.000 Czech words

You can import Ralf's Czech dictionary (version 0.1; GPLv3) into simon. Training with this dictionary is not possible.

The lexicon element indicates that the phoneme elements contain eSpeak phonemes (not IPA phonemes): alphabet="espeak"

The dictionary contains Czech lexeme elements. This is indicated by the language tag: xml:lang="cs"
