		<description>I can&#039;t say anything about Julius but of course this is legal for simon. Julius&#039; license is similar to the original BSD licence so it should be sufficient to state the full name of the project somewhere (however, I doubt that this is a limitation when talking about a Julius manual :).

Do you think that it is a good idea to publish this kind of documentation? This is only of some interest to developers and they would probably want to generate the newest version for themselves (especially due to the big filesize). The only real benefit I see is the &quot;indexed by search engines&quot; bonus.</description>
