I am installing Adobe Reader following these instructions. This happens in my terminal: ubuntu-64bit@ubuntu-64bit-desktop:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i --force-architecture AdbeRdr9.2-1_i386linux_enu.deb
It seems to work.
